COVID-19 Delivery Information
In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of their drivers and our customers.
Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.
There is currently no impact to our delivery services at this stage, however we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery.
Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.
You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website, emails will be provided upon dispatch to confirm delivery information.
We hope that you understand and appreciate the measures that have been implemented are to protect you and ensure we can continue operate as normal.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Optimalkart.com caters all across the USA Our shipping time is 3-7 working days. We do not process orders on Sundays & on National Holidays.
Note: Customers are advised to check the product at the time of delivery and report any dissatisfaction on the courier docket.
We now offer International shipping as well. Special requests can be handled with prior confirmations.

Tracking Packages :
If you have a tracking or delivery number, you can track your package by clicking our delivery partner links provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you did not receive email, please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to 24-48 hours in some cases, so please wait until the shipper scans your package and updates in on their website.
You can track your order at any time online via our order status page which is named as “Order Tracking“. You will need to provide the order number.
Non Availability on Delivery:
Our delivery partners will attempt thrice before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process.
Proof on Delivery:
